Update time… We’re doing our homework!

On 30 January we met with the CVS in Falkirk (a local, independent charitable company which promotes, develops and represents the third sector and volunteering). We also had a meeting with an animal behaviourist who is a full member of the APBC (Association of Pet Behaviour Counsellors – www.apbc.org.uk). These discussions have helped us think about the next steps for AABS – plenty more homework to do! So here it goes… Training…We want everyone involved with AABS to have the skills they need to look after the Boxer dogs that come into our care. As an organisation, we feel we have a duty to offer volunteers and fosterers training by an accredited animal behaviourist. This is why we have organised a one-day course on 20…
